Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused,
  • in its original condition,
  • and, if possible, returned in its original packaging.

Items Excluded from Exchange/Return

Returns are excluded or only partially possible for:

  • used or damaged items not due to a manufacturing defect,
  • items damaged by improper use,
  • personalized or custom-made products,
  • hygiene products, if their seal has been broken, where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number,
  • a brief description of the problem,
  • and clear photos or videos of the item.

After review, we will offer a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund, depending on the case.

Refunds

Once your return has been reviewed and accepted, your refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

If the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the return shipping costs or find a suitable solution.
For returns due to other reasons, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
